Using this website

You may use this site to check indicative eligibility, read our guides and contact installers. You must not misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use.

Results from the eligibility checker are indicative and are not an offer, approval or guarantee of funding. Scheme rules change and are set by scheme operators, not by us. Always confirm details with the installer or scheme operator before committing to work.

Our relationship with installers

Installers listed on myhomeGrants are independent businesses. Any contract for a survey or installation is between you and the installer. We are not a party to it and do not carry out installations ourselves.

Installer ranking policy

• Default ordering considers relevance to your requested improvement, coverage of your area, verification status and current availability.
• Featured placements are paid. They are always labelled 'Featured' and are never presented as a rating, an endorsement or an independent recommendation.
• Customer ratings are shown separately from Featured labelling so the two cannot be confused.
• You can re-sort results by rating, distance or availability at any time.

Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. That includes visible focus indicators, labelled form fields, sensible heading order, colour contrast that passes AA, 44px minimum tap targets and full keyboard operation. If you find something you cannot use, email us and we will fix it and provide the information another way in the meantime.

Liability

We provide the site with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee that content is complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
